  I needed a quick pick me up today so i stopped by to grab coffee. Sophia greeted me at the drive thru window and turns out i just needed a friendly face. She was phenomenal!!!! Great customer service. You certainly have a gem of an employee in her!!!!

  I used to go to Dunkin quite a bit but I've recently started going elsewhere for my morning coffee because of the terrible service lately. I've been 3 times in the last month and all three times were terrible. The first time I took my daughter on Valentine's Day to get breakfast and a coffee, we went in to order and eat inside and by the time we finished our breakfast (donuts were hard and hash browns were soggy) my coffee was still not made. I asked for my money back on my coffee and they insisted that I wait another 10 minutes for a new coffee. Still turned out to be the wrong coffee. A couple weeks later I drove through just because I was running a little late and it's closer than my other coffee stop. I sat at the monitor to place my order for almost five whole minutes before anyone even realized I was there and asked to take my order. While I was trying to tell them my order all I heard over the intercom was laughing and joking and the person wasn't even paying attention to me bc they were messing around inside. Finally they got my order and already frustrated I pulled up to the window to see that I was being overcharged, I corrected the cashier and it took another couple of minutes for her to figure out how to charge me for the right drink. There were three of them just standing inside the window laughing and not doing their job, very frustrating when I'm on a tight schedule. Finally I got my coffee, there was coffee spilled all down the side of the cup and I wasn't offered a napkin or any apology. I got an eye roll when I asked for a napkin to wipe off the cup. Finally 2 days ago I tried one last time because my daughter wanted to go in and get a donut for breakfast and again I didn't get my coffee during the whole time that we sat and ate her breakfast. The floors were disgusting, our shoes were sticking to the floor as we walked through and the trash cans were literally overflowing with food and trash falling out of the top. The staff was very unprofessional not attentive. This was my last visit to Dunkin Donuts.

  8/2/16 we stopped as we always do to get the Iced Coffee Special. The sign was still flashing out front advertising it. The clerk was the rudest, her name was Lacey most inconsiderate person I have come across in customer service in a long time. We were informed that special was no longer in effect and that management just didn't take the sign down. When we gave her a card for buy one get one free she told us that was for a latte only, could not use. We had been going there for a year as we were staying in Topeka when my mother in law passed and we were cleaning her apt, our afternoon break would be a trip up to DD. In the past we were always allowed to use that card as they had ran out of the iced coffee cards. There is another blonde that works the afternoons and she is a sweetheart. Love her to pieces, sorry didn't get her name but she has been there a yr. I promise you if I go back and I see Lacey I will turn around and walk back out.
