  Never going back to this store again! Bought a $30 cake that took 3 employees 30 minutes to write Happy Father's Day. They messed up several times scraping the words off making the top of a white cake blue threw colored sugar on it to cover the dent that they made they also cracked the top of the cake. They also never use gloves continued to wash their hands off with water no soap and wipe it on their pants and they did this with several orders were they got something on their hands they just use their pants to wipe it off. I called the corporate office to address the situation gave the owner almost 7 days to contact me back with no luck contacted corporate again where this is been escalated to the corporate level because the owner doesn't want be held responsible for his employees actions apparently. I would never shop at this Dairy Queen I would go to a different one entirely if you live in Topeka Kansas or go to Baskin-Robbins where you parently get more for your money.
