  We've had good days and bad days at this Chili's, it just seems to depend on the weather. Some of the servers are great and work hard to make sure you enjoy your trip, others stand around and talk to other servers while you haven't even given them your drink order yet. It's a mixed bag, but when the food comes out fresh it's hard to beat.

  TLDR: Don't plan on speedy service or pleasant restrooms. The food was fine, but we called ahead and were told we'd have a 10 min. wait time. We proceeded to sit in the restaurant for 40 min. while tables that could have seated us sat empty and were then filled with folks who hadn't called ahead. We kept getting different reasons from the front staff for why we weren't being seated. Seemed like somebody dropped the ball but nobody would own up. Wait time for food was another 40 minutes. The bathrooms also smelled foul: a caustic mix of sulfur and death. Poor experience: very unlikely to return.

  We went to this Chili's location while in town for my daughter's soccer tournament. The staff was fabulous! They did a great job of interacting with 13 10 year olds and making them feel comfortable. They worked well with the parents getting orders coordinated between us and our girls who were all sitting at different tables. They did a tremendous job with a huge group of people. The food is the only thing that was kind of blah. Typically of Chili's. Nothing fabulous, just an ok meal. Kudos to the staff!

  The food is simple but extremely well done and consistent. Cheesy potatoes have a flavor that will have you coming back. The meats are done to perfection. Small menu, but I imagine by design. What he does, he does right. IMO, the best food in the city, and the owner is on hand to greet and chat with people.
